Dye-Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat & pressure to transfer your image onto solid materials like ceramic mugs & synthetic fibers like polyester. In order to decorate your custom sublimated product, your design is first printed onto a specialized sheet of paper & is then placed on your chosen product. The product & paper is then run through a heated machine running at a temperature around 400 degrees. The heat allows the solid particles of your design to change into a gaseous state & transfer your design from the paper to your product. After your design is transferred, pressure is then applied to your product allowing it to cool & change the design back into a solid state, trapping the ink within the materials surface. The paper is then carefully peeled away leaving your product with a vibrant design.
Our cutting-edge equipment allows for us to consistently print around 30,000** products everyday, but up to 100,000 products during busy seasons. Sublimation printing is incredibly durable & will not fade, flake, or crack, as the dye truly becomes part of the product itself. This is why Dye-Sublimation is one of the most popular decoration types we offer.
